Recharge agreement
This Money in Battle user recharge agreement (hereinafter referred to as «this Agreement») stipulates that the user (hereinafter referred to as «you») in: Money in Battle, the rights and obligations of a Singapore company and its affiliated enterprises’ products (hereinafter referred to as «Money in Battle» or «Money in Battle») to recharge consumption and use. Before you agree to this agreement, please carefully read and fully understand the rules and requirements of Money in Battle, as well as the national laws and regulations on such Internet information services.If you object to any of the terms of this agreement, you may choose not to use it; using it means that you will agree to abide by all the provisions of this Agreement and any subsequent amendments we may make to the use agreement from time to time.Otherwise, if you are 18 years old or above, please confirm that you have the ability to use the civil service.

Article 1 General Provisions
1.1 Money in Battle platform is a more convenient video social platform provided by Money in Battle team (hereinafter referred to as «the team») for users to conduct live video, watch live video, video chat services, and interact with other registered users in text, voice, video, gift giving, etc.Money in Battle platform will provide users with virtual gifts, technical support, traffic entrance and other services for video social networking.

1.2 You agree to the pertinence of the service and the cost investment, and agree to pay the corresponding fees according to the recharge rules of the platform. Money in Battle platform guarantees that the recharge rules are equally applicable to the same kind of users.You agree to this agreement before using the above services and online interaction.

1.3 The final interpretation right of this agreement belongs to Money in Battle platform. Money in Battlehas the right to revise and change the protocol, rules and code of conduct of Money in Battle platform (such as Internet website and mobile network) regularly or irregularly. After the change, we will inform you and need you to agree to this agreement again. I hope you understand and agree to this.

Article 2 service rules
2.1 «Gold coin» is the virtual currency provided by our team for your relevant consumption on Money in Battle platform. You can use «gold coin» to freely purchase various products or services on Trace platform, such as virtual gifts.You can give the virtual gift to the anchor.However, «gold coins» can not be exchanged for Singapore dollars. You should buy the corresponding amount of «gold coins» according to your actual needs.

2.2 You can buy «gold coins» by recharging through Money in Battle mobile app (the specific exchange ratio is subject to the rules announced by Money in Battle platform at the time of recharging).

2.3 On the signing date of this agreement, SGD purchases «gold coins» from Android clients of Trace platform. Trace platform reserves the right to unilaterally change, adjust, suspend or terminate the rules of using SGD to purchase gold coins in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, requirements of competent authorities, business development and other factors.You agree to unconditionally accept the change, adjustment, suspension or termination of the above purchase rules. When the Money in Battle platform carries out the above actions, it will notify you in the way announced on the Money in Battle platform, and it will take effect automatically from the date of announcement, without separate notice to you, and will not bear any responsibility for any loss caused by such actions.

2.4 When using the recharge method, you must carefully confirm your account number and carefully select the relevant operation options.If your own rights and interests are damaged due to incorrect account number input, improper operation or ignorance of the charging method, Money in Battle platform will not refund or make any compensation.

2.5 If you recharge in an illegal way or in a way that is not specified by Trace platform, Money in Battle platform does not guarantee the successful or correct completion of the recharge.If your rights and interests are damaged, Money in Battle platform will not make any compensation. Money in Battle platform reserves the right to terminate your Money in Battle account qualification and use various recharge services at any time.

2.6 After successful recharging, you can freely use the «gold coin» in the increased account number on Trace platform, but Trace platform will not provide any refund or reverse exchange services.

2.7 If the Money in Battle platform finds a processing error due to system failure or any other reason, whether it is beneficial to the Money in Battle platform or you, the Money in Battle platform has the right to correct the error after notifying you by platform message, SMS, telephone or other reasonable means.If the amount of «gold coins» you actually received is less than the «gold coins» you should have received, Trace platform will make up the difference to your Money in Battle account as soon as possible after confirming the processing error.If the error causes you to receive more «gold coins» than you should get, Money in Battle platform has the right to directly deduct the difference from your Money in Battle account regardless of the nature and reason of the error.

Article 3 declaration of rights
3.1 You can check the balance of your «gold coin» on the mobile app at any time.If you have any objection to the record, you should immediately put forward it to Money in Battle platform. If there is any error after verification by Money in Battle platform, it will be corrected; otherwise, you agree that the transaction record on Money in Battle platform will be the only effective basis for «gold coin» transaction.

3.2 Money in Battle platform has the right to set relevant matters related to the transaction from time to time based on the consideration of transaction security, including but not limited to the transaction limit, transaction times, etc.You understand that the above settings of Money in Battle platform may cause certain inconvenience to your transaction, and you have no objection to this.

3.3 In any case, the third party shall be responsible for providing relevant services when you purchase «gold coin», and Money in Battle platform shall not be responsible for such responsibilities.

3.4 When recharging, you should ensure that you are the holder of the bound payment account: Google pay, and can use the account legally and effectively without infringing the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. Otherwise, if the actual owner of the payment account: Google pay is lost, you should be solely responsible for solving the disputes arising therefrom and bear all legal responsibilities.

3.5 You shall be responsible for any loss or liability arising from the failure of Trace platform to provide «gold coin» purchase service or any error in providing «gold coin» purchase service due to your own reasons. Trace platform shall not be liable, including but not limited to:

(1) You do not operate in accordance with this agreement or any rules published by Trace from time to time;

(2) Your Money in Battle account is invalid, lost or blocked;

(3) Property loss caused by you informing others of your password;

(4) Property loss caused by your personal intention or gross negligence.

3.6 If the Trace platform system fails to operate normally due to the following conditions, making you unable to use various services or any virtual property lost, the team will not be liable for damages, including but not limited to:

(1) During the period of system downtime maintenance, upgrade and adjustment announced by Money in Battle platform;

(2) Failure of telecommunication communication or equipment to carry out data transmission;

(3) Due to typhoon, earthquake, tsunami, flood, power failure, war, terrorist attack, government regulation and other force majeure factors, the Money in Battle platform system is unable to perform business;

(4) Service interruption or delay caused by hacker attack, technical adjustment or failure of telecommunication department, website upgrade, problems of related third party, etc.

Article 4 punishment rules
4.1 In case of any of the following circumstances, Trace platform has the right to interrupt or terminate the network services provided to you under this agreement at any time without notice to you:

(1) The personal data you provided is not true;

(2) You violate the purchase rules set forth in this Agreement;

(3) You violate the Money in Battle live activity rules to participate in activities, etc.Except for the situations mentioned in the preceding paragraph, Money in Battle platform reserves the right to interrupt or terminate part or all of the network recharge service at any time without prior notice to you. Money in Battle platform does not have to bear any responsibility to you or any third party for any loss caused by the interruption or termination of the recharge service.

4.2 If the user illegally uses Google store to recharge his Android mobile phone, or illegally purchases «gold coins» through other channels not recognized by Money in Battle platform, Money in Battle platform has the right to freeze the account and punish it accordingly, or seal it if it is serious.

4.3 if you use improper means (including but not limited to violating platform rules, exploiting system or rule vulnerabilities, using plug-ins or other cheating programs, etc.), directly or indirectly recharge Money in Battle account, obtain / trade gold coins, virtual gifts and platform rewards, and infringe the interests of Trace platform or other users (whether or not you actually obtain improper interests),Money in Battle platform has the right to confiscate and freeze improper income at any time, block your Trace account and prohibit you from using various services.

4.4 Users are not allowed to engage in any illegal and criminal activities by recharging, otherwise Money in Battle platform has the right to terminate the service, if the circumstances are serious, it will be transferred to the judicial authorities according to law.

4.5 When users use Money in Battle platform, if they violate national laws and regulations, Money in Battle user agreement, this agreement or other Money in Battle platform management regulations on users, Money in Battle platform has the right to temporarily or permanently block your account.If the circumstances are serious, the case shall be transferred to a judicial organ according to law.The remaining «gold coins» in your account will be temporarily frozen or deducted from your account after the account is closed or before the account is lifted (if any). It can not be used to purchase virtual products or services on the platform, and the cash value when you purchase «gold coins» will not be returned.

Article 5 recharge terms for minors
5.1 Juveniles are not familiar with the world and are easily confused by the virtual world. Guardians should pay more attention to the growth of juveniles, give correct guidance to juveniles in using this product or service, prevent juveniles from knowing the payment information of guardians’ Money in Battle account and third-party account, and remind juveniles to pay attention to network security issues, so as to promote the healthy growth of juveniles.

5.2 If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must be at least 16 years old and rely on your own labor income as the main source of living. Otherwise, please stop using the services under this agreement.Trace platform has the right to judge whether your behavior is effective according to laws and regulations and your usage.

Article 6 confidentiality obligation
6.1 Economic, direct or indirect losses shall be compensated by you.Money in Battle secret refers to all practical and non-public information provided by Money in Battle, or learned by you during the use of platform services, or undertaken by Money in Battle to keep confidential to a third party, which is related to Money in Battle business and can bring economic benefits to Money in Battle, including but not limited to technical information, business information and information related to Money in Battle Information and documents related to the administration of Money in Battle (including this Agreement and related agreements), the amount and settlement method of service fees you get from Trace, standard, ownership method, authorization method, customer list, list of other anchors, contact information, service fees, Trace staff list and other information that are not known to the public.

6.2 You shall strictly abide by this agreement. Without the written authorization or consent of Money in Battle, you shall not:

(1) In any way to a third party or unspecified public dissemination, disclosure;

(2) Use the trade secrets of Money in Battle for purposes other than the purpose of this agreement.

6.3 This clause shall survive the termination of this agreement.

Article 7 modification, rescission and termination of the agreement
7.1 Trace has the right to change, terminate or terminate this agreement when necessary.

7.2 Money in Battle has the right to terminate the agreement immediately if you have any of the following circumstances:

(1) Money in Battle finds that you have violated the statements and commitments made in this Agreement;

(2) Direct or indirect damage to the interests of Trace caused by your personal behavior;

(3) Violating the laws, regulations or normative provisions of Singapore or your place;

(4) Breach of other obligations stipulated in this Agreement;

(5) Perform this agreement in a way that does not meet the requirements of Money in Battle, such as passivity or inaction, and fail to correct within 10 days after Trace’s notice.

Article 8 liability for breach of contract
8.1 You shall be responsible for all direct and indirect costs, losses and compensations arising from any infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of a third party due to your actions, resulting in a lawsuit, claim and / or damage to the reputation of Money in Battle from a third party, including but not limited to any reasonable expenses incurred by Trace.

8.2 Money in Battle has the right to claim compensation for the loss caused by your breach of this agreement.

Article 9 others
9.1 This agreement can be updated by Money in Battle at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms without further notice. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms on Money in Battle platform.If you do not accept the modified terms after Money in Battle modifies the terms of the agreement, please stop using the services provided by Money in Battle immediately. If you continue to use the services provided by Money in Battle, you will be deemed to accept the modified agreement.

9.3 If any provision of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part for any reason, other provisions of this Agreement shall still be valid and binding. Money in Battle platform and users shall try their best to embody the original intention of this agreement.

Money in Battle > Live Agreements
This Money in Battlehost agreement (hereinafter referred to as «this Agreement») stipulates the rights and obligations between the company and its affiliated enterprises (hereinafter referred to as «Money in Battle» or «Money in Battle platform») and the host (hereinafter referred to as «you») regarding the provision of video / voice live broadcasting services on Money in Battle platform.Please read this Agreement carefully before the live video / voice broadcast to ensure that you have fully understood the terms of this agreement.You are not entitled to use the services covered by this Agreement unless you accept all the terms of this agreement.Your live video / voice broadcast on Trace platform will be regarded as your acceptance of this Agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Article 1 General Provisions
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct; or you must be at least 16 years old and live mainly from your own labor income.If you do not meet the above conditions, you should immediately terminate the registration or use.

1.2 Money in Battle will provide you with the live video / voice broadcast service of the platform anchor. You can use the above services for performance sharing and online interaction after agreeing to this agreement.

1.3 According to this Agreement and the rules of the platform, you apply to be the anchor on Money in Battle platform to provide online video / voice live service for users of Money in Battle platform and interact with them.The period when you provide services on Money in Battle platform shall be regarded as within the term of the agreement.Money in Battle conducts formal audit on the content (including but not limited to pictures, posters, avatars, audio, video, etc.) uploaded by you or edited, produced by you, but you still need to bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, timeliness, etc. of the above content.

1.4 In the process of registering or using this service, you need to fill in or submit some necessary information and materials for Money in Battle platform review.If the information you submit is incomplete or does not comply with the provisions of laws and regulations or Money in Battle platform, you may not be able to register successfully or be restricted in the process of using this service.If your personal information or contact information changes, you must update it to Money in Battle in time. 1.5 Money in Battle only provides you with online live interactive network platform, you and Trace do not constitute any employment or labor relationship.

Article 2 service rules
2.1 Money in Battle has the right to revise and change the protocols, rules and code of conduct of Money in Battle platform (such as Internet website and mobile network) regularly or irregularly. You understand and agree with this.

2.2 Money in Battle has the right to entrust the management of the anchor to other third-party organizations entrusted by your studio or brokerage company (hereinafter referred to as «guild») according to your application or the rules published on the platform.

2.3 Money in Battle and the guild have the right to assess and evaluate you according to the rules of the platform (the assessment and evaluation criteria include but are not limited to the length of live broadcast, the number of users watching, the number and types of virtual gifts given by users, user support, user complaints, violations of laws and regulations, etc.), so as to determine your virtual props and income; if you violate laws, regulations or vsMoney in Battle and the guild will take punitive measures (including but not limited to deduction of virtual props and income, or even direct closure of your account).

2.4 Money in Battlehas the right to put forward suggestions and opinions on the improvement of the live broadcast service on the Trace platform. You should make corresponding rectification within 3 days after receiving the suggestions or opinions from Trace. Otherwise, Money in Battlehas the right to take the above-mentioned punishment measures.

2.5 Money in Battle has the right to review the legality of your live video / voice content (including but not limited to pictures, posters, avatars, audio, video, etc.) according to laws and regulations or the requirements of relevant departments.If the content of video / voice live broadcast violates the law, rules and regulations, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of Money in Battle or a third party, Money in Battle has the right to take measures such as stopping the broadcast, deleting the content, closing the account, canceling the account, and cooperating with the competent department for investigation.

2.6 Money in Battle has the right to mark the watermark with Money in Battle logo (or name) and time in your live broadcast room. You need to make corresponding adjustment according to the live broadcast effect.

2.7 Money in Battle is responsible for providing you with a platform for live video / voice broadcasting, and providing platform technical service support.However,Money in Battle does not guarantee that the network service can meet any of your requirements, that the network service is always smooth, and that the network service is timely, secure, and accurate.

2.8 Money in Battle will contact you or send relevant notices through platform announcement, platform message push, e-mail, SMS or conventional letter transmission.Such notice shall be deemed to have been served on the day it is sent.

2.9 In view of the particularity of the live video / voice service, you agree that Money in Battle has the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the live video / voice service at any time.In case of any loss caused by the change, interruption or termination of the live video / voice service, Money in Battle shall not be liable to you or any third party, but Money in Battle shall try its best to notify the user in the form of announcement, e-mail or system pop-up before the change, interruption or termination of the service.

Article 3 rules of use
3.1You promise that you will not damage the legitimate interests of a third party or violate Singapore laws, regulations and normative provisions by performing this agreement. You accept and perform this Agreement without violating any legal documents binding on you, and will not make Trace bear any responsibility to any third party.

3.2 You guarantee that you have the conditions, ability and qualification to perform the responsibilities and obligations of the anchor as agreed in this agreement.

3.3 You understand and agree that all income generated by you based on the Trace platform shall be subject to the background data of Money in Battle; at the same time, you shall abide by the platform operation system such as but not limited to the live broadcasting code of conduct and the anchor management rules and requirements (hereinafter referred to as «platform rules and anchor specifications») updated from time to time on the Money in Battle platform, as well as the national laws and regulations on such Internet servicesNormative provisions, etc.

3.4 You agree that Trace will use your name (including but not limited to your real name, pen name, net name, former name and any character symbol representing your identity) and portrait (including but not limited to real person portrait and cartoon portrait) free of charge for all kinds of publicity and promotion of Money in Battle and its affiliated enterprises, and provide necessary cooperation.

3.5 You guarantee that you have the ownership or legal right to use all the pictures, posters, avatars and other contents uploaded in Money in Battle, and have the right to upload them to Trace and authorize Money in Battle to use them. You confirm that any improper behavior, violation of laws and regulations and relevant operation rules of Money in Battle, or infringement of the legitimate rights and interests of a third party in the process of using the video / voice live broadcasting service shall be borne by you Money in Battle has no responsibility.If the damage is caused by your behavior, Money in Battle shall be compensated, and Money in Battle has the right to directly deduct the above compensation expenses from your shared expenses.

3.6 You shall bear the conditions and expenses (including but not limited to the telephone and Internet charges for Internet access and mobile phone charges for using mobile network) of the network, video and voice supporting equipment (including but not limited to computer, microphone, video device, mobile phone, earphone, sound card and other hardware and software) required for the live video / voice broadcastThe image and speech quality are clear and stable.If the live broadcast is blocked or unable to watch due to your network reasons, Trace has the right to ask you to upgrade the network. You should make corresponding rectification within 3 days after receiving Trace’s suggestions or opinions, otherwise Money in Battle has the right to take corresponding punishment measures.

3.7 The video / voice live service you provide on Money in Battle platform and all the information, information and speech you publish shall not be involved in politics, guns, drugs, violence, pornography or any other content that violates Singapore laws, regulations and normative provisions, including but not limited to endangering national security, obscenity, falsity, slander, intimidation and harassment of others, infringement of intellectual property rights of othersBusiness secrets or other legitimate rights and interests, as well as contents that violate public order and good customs, or ways to point to the above contents.

3.8 You must provide true, accurate, legal and effective personal identity information and contact information to complete real name authentication; if your personal information or contact information changes, you must update it to Money in Battle in time.

3.9 You must cooperate with Money in Battle to verify the authenticity of personal data manually. Money in Battle will keep the certified data strictly confidential and keep them permanently for future reference.

3.10 You promise to abide by the principle of good faith, do not disturb the normal order of Trace platform, do not publish commercial advertisements without the consent of Trace, and do not engage in activities unrelated to live online performance.

3.11 Your registered account number and password are the only identity certificate for you to accept the platform service. You are responsible for keeping and setting the password. It is forbidden to give, borrow, rent, transfer or sell.You should take full legal responsibility for all activities and events with your account.

3.12 You promise that the above information includes but is not limited to all kinds of accounts used in Money in Battle, third-party payment accounts, corresponding passwords and other important information, and will not be disclosed in the process of live broadcast or other use of platform services, nor will you publish, upload or provide information involving your privacy to other people through platform services, otherwise you shall bear the responsibility and losses arising therefrom.

3.13 You promise not to do anything harmful to the image and brand of Trace, otherwise Money in Battle has the right to terminate the agreement, close the account and ask you to bear all legal and compensation liabilities.

3.14 During the term of this Agreement and after the termination of this agreement, you are not allowed to spread and publicize any speech, picture, video, etc. that is harmful to the reputation and image of Trace in any way, spread any false information in any way, and damage the interests of Money in Battle in any way, such as encouraging Money in Battle users. Otherwise, Money in Battle has the right to ask you for compensation (including but not limited to deduction of virtual props and income,Even close your account directly).

3.15 If a third party participates in your live broadcast, you should guarantee that there is no legal dispute with the third party. If there is any dispute, you are solely responsible for it and have nothing to do with Money in Battle.If Money in Battle suffers losses, you should compensate Money in Battle for such losses.

3.16 You promise to actively maintain the image of Money in Battle and Money in Battle platform, and you shall not do anything harmful to the image or interests of Money in Battle or Money in Battle platform.During the term of this Agreement and after the termination of this agreement, you are not allowed to express any opinion suggestive of or unfavorable to Money in Battle or Money in Battle platform in any form through any channel.

3.17 You are not allowed to mention or display the name, logo, registration number and picture of other live broadcasting platforms in any form (including but not limited to personal news, personal information page, live room name, poster, text, voice, video, picture, background, setting, etc.) on any occasion. You are not allowed to guide existing users of Trace platform, other anchors or Money in Battle employees to enterOtherwise, Trace has the right to punish your breach of contract.

3.18 Money in Battle only provides platform services. If you establish a contractual relationship with a studio, brokerage company or other third party organization, all disputes arising from this have nothing to do with Money in Battle, and Money in Battle will not assume any responsibility.

3.19 If you are appointed to Money in Battle by the studio, brokerage company or other third-party organization that has signed the relevant brokerage or labor relationship with you for live interaction, all the virtual props and income you get in Money in Battle will be paid by Money in Battle to the above-mentioned organization and settled with you by the above-mentioned organization. You agree not to claim against Money in Battle at any time or in any way for the above-mentioned virtual props or incomeAny claim.

Article 4 intellectual property rights
4.1 Money in Battle video / voice service includes Money in Battle website, mobile application software, text, picture, video, audio and other elements. Money in Battle owns all intellectual property rights of its service logo, logo and any of the above elements.

4.2 You are not allowed to reverse engineer, reverse assemble or reverse compile the relevant web pages, applications, software and other products involved in the platform services.

4.3 You license Money in Battle free, permanent, irrevocable, exclusive and sublicense rights all over the world, including but not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, etcThe right to exercise, lease, exhibition, performance, projection, broadcasting, information network transmission, film production, adaptation, translation, compilation and other copyright property rights and neighboring rights as stipulated in the copyright law.

Article 5 confidentiality obligation

5.3 This clause shall survive the termination of this agreement.

Article 7 liability for breach of contract
7.1 Trace, Trace and the third party shall not be responsible for any direct and indirect damages and expenses incurred by you.

7.2 Trace has the right to claim compensation for the loss caused by your breach of this agreement.

Article 8 others
8.1 This agreement can be updated by Money in Battle at any time. Once the updated agreement terms are published, they will replace the original agreement terms. After the change, we will inform you and need you to agree to this agreement again. You can check the latest version of the agreement terms in Money in Battle platform.If you do not accept the modified terms after Trace modifies the terms of the agreement, please stop using the services provided by Money in Battle immediately. If you continue to use the services provided by Money in Battle, you will be deemed to accept the modified agreement.
